Homes & plans

Home catalogs.
A search with direction.

Browse the manufacturers’ public catalogs, ask about lender-owned homes, or explore BMH home inspiration. Joe helps connect the home you like with a realistic plan for your site.

PUBLIC FACTORY CATALOGS & FLOORPLANS

Start with the catalogs.

Browse the manufacturer links below, note the homes you like, and bring the manufacturer and model name to your free conversation with Joe.

These are public manufacturer resources, not a list of homes in BMH stock. Models, factory lines, delivery areas, and availability through BMH must be confirmed for your project. A catalog price is not a complete installed-project quote.

CHOOSE THE HOME. PLAN THE WHOLE PROJECT.

A shortlist built
around your site.

After the free consultation, Joe or a representative helps narrow the factories, layouts, and options to the ones that are relevant to your location, space, needs, and budget.

Start with a model name or a brochure page if you have one. You do not need to choose a final home before you call.

FROM CATALOG TO A FUNDED HOME PROJECT

How selection and
purchasing will work.

New homes are ordered for identified buyers. A model you like is the starting point; site fit, scope, approvals, and funding shape the actual order.

01 / TALK

Free introductory consultation

Share the destination, park or land arrangement, space constraints, needs, timing, and total budget.

02 / NARROW

A focused selection with Joe

Joe or a representative reviews the relevant factories and current model choices, then agrees which options are worth pursuing.

03 / COMPARE

Review the home in detail

Compare floorplans, dimensions, bedrooms, options, specifications, and site fit. Confirm current factory availability.

04 / PRICE

Understand the whole project

Obtain a written scope and quote covering the home and the applicable transport, installation, site work, utilities, permits, taxes, and other costs.

05 / AGREE

Arrange the purchase and funding

Settle the purchase agreement, funding and escrow arrangements, and required pre-order approvals before authorizing a buyer-funded factory order.

06 / COMPLETE

Delivery, installation & move-in

Coordinate the manufacturer, independent installer, and other providers; complete required inspections before occupancy. Timing is confirmed for the project.

A personal process. There is no automatic checkout or guaranteed approval. Joe coordinates the home selection and agreed scope; independent lenders, installers, professionals, and agencies retain their respective responsibilities.

LET’S TALK ABOUT WHAT MATTERS TO YOU

Let’s narrow the possibilities.

Tell Joe where the home will go and what you want life in it to feel like. We can start from there.
